Interested in going on a trip, but Not For Academic Credit?
YOU CAN!


Trips are sold on a first-come/first-serve basis; they fill up fast so register early.

PRE-REGISTER
for a Trip using the
[ Pre-registration Form ].

Pre-registration will close on Friday, 2 weeks before the trip date at 4:00 p.m. After you have pre-registered, you will have until the following Tuesday to finalize registration. To finalize, you must pay for the trip in full and bring the receipt to the Outdoor Program Office, Harlan Hall, Room 124 by 3:00 p.m.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
You can pay for the trip in one of two ways:
  1. Pay in full at the Business Office in Castorena Hall.
    Get a receipt.
  2. Pay on-line through
    [ Mustang Express ].
    Click on the gray Student tab at the top of the page, then Your Records. On the Student Records page, click the gray Pay Now tab on top, to the left. Follow the instructions.
    Print a receipt.
After you have paid, bring your receipt to the Outdoors Program Office, located in Harlan Hall, Room 124 for verification. Any person who has not finalized registration by bringing their receipt to the Outdoor Program Office by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday will forfeit their spot and their place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

NOTE: Please sure to clarify your ability to participate in the trip prior to registration. The refund deadline is the day of the pre-trip meeting at noon. We are firm on this deadline. If you cancel BEFORE noon, you are entitled to a partial refund (minus a 20% processing fee). If you cancel AFTER the refund deadline, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. If you have questions, please ask.

In order to participate in one of our trips you'll be required to:
  1. Attend a mandatory pre-trip meeting
  2. Sign our Release From Liability Form (PDF), and
  3. Complete a Health Intake Form (PDF)
